A one night stand exists between two people who won’t see each other again. A booty call exists between people who have a past. For example, old friends, ex-lovers or a work colleague.

Unfortunately for men, most women are on dating apps to find relationships and most men are on dating apps to get laid. That’s the truth of the matter. So, you’re basically at cross purposes. I’m not saying dating apps can’t lead to booty calls. I’m saying that you’re making yourself do the unnecessary hard yards.
SEARCHING FOR A POTENTIAL BOOTY CALL
The first thing you need to do is begin where you are. Have a look through your existing contacts – friends, friends of friends, that girl who frequents the pub you go to every weekend… You’re looking for someone that you have a basic pre-established relationship with that could be open to a regular booty call. Also, always target women who DON’T want to be in long-term relationships – they’re a much safer bet.
SETTING SOME GROUND RULES
So you’ve found your booty call, now what? Like any working relationship with another human being, you need to set up some rules and openly discuss each other’s boundaries. Before having sex (no matter what your dick is telling you) reiterate that you’re NOT interested in any future relationship. Discuss contraception, inappropriate times to call and sexual limitations. The sooner you get all the ground rules out of the way you can move on to the fun stuff!
A BOOTY CALL ISN’T AN EXCUSE TO BE A JERK
Just because you’ve met a woman that is willing to have no-strings-attached sex with you, this isn’t a free invitation to be a third-rate jerk. Be a gentleman. Give her the same respect that you would give a best friend, wife or girlfriend. How is she getting home? Is she intoxicated? Be sure to be a man and look out for her welfare.
IF THE BOOTY CALL HAPPENS AT YOUR BACHELOR PAD
There are essentials that you must have when hosting a booty call. Fresh Towels (for her shower), shampoo and conditioner, a hairdryer, coffee/tea, milk, aspirin plus lubricant and condoms. Wine is optional. Believe me, if you’re prepared with the essentials you will have better sex.
THINGS NOT TO DO DURING A BOOTY CALL
Don’t rock up drunk or under the influence of drugs – don’t disrespect her or yourself by doing this. Don’t sit looking at your phone, talking to others or checking social media. You may only be meeting up with her for a f–k, but if you want to be a repeat customer then treat her well.
