Sister Act

Meet Aussie influencers, fitspo fanatics and sizzling siblings CHLOE & CASSIE ROBERTS…

Hello, C&C, congrats on making your MAXIM debut. Give us the background on your cool photo shoot?
Chloe: The idea behind the shoot was a fun vibrant, sexy sister vibe showing off the confidence we’ve grown in our bodies since we have started our gym journey, nourishing and fuelling our bodies which enables a glow from the inside-out! But it was in Port Melbourne in freezing weather!
Cassie: Yeah, we also shot this for some cool content for our social media platforms.

Tell us a bit about yourselves.
Cassie: I’m 21 years old, from Melbourne and I live at home with my family – my older sister, mother, father and of course our dog, Milo. I’m doing a degree in business accounting at university, which I’m almost finished. I love to travel and can’t wait to voyage around the world soon. I am very passionate and disciplined when it comes to my fitness – I go to gym five days a week – it’s something I take pride in and have found a passion for. I also have a platform on Instagram and TikTok, which I love using and sharing parts of my life on. It’s given me many opportunities.
Chloe: And I’m a 23-year-old Aussie girl, who truely grabs life by the horns. I have a passion for fitness, training to get stronger and eating to fuel my body. Weight training has enabled me to adopt the mentality that my body is a temple and I need to cherish it as I will never have another. Prior to my fitness journey I struggled with an eating disorder six years ago and I now use my struggle to help young women not go down that path. I’ve tried to empower and give knowledge to other women to love their bodies and embrace their shape. Knowledge is power. Fitness saved me and I now go to gym five times a week to feel strong and powerful. I now am building a fitness program to give people my knowledge and also an activewear label called Leo Active where I’ve designed a brand that empowers you to feel confident and strong in. I have 1.6 million followers across my social media channels, which has grown from fitness and the love of sharing my life with others. I also love to wakeboard and wake surf out on the river and I live by the ocean in my new home I built and designed in Geelong where I’ve learnt to love the small moments.

When do you girls feel sexy?
Chloe: When I’m confident. Doesn’t matter where – whether it’s at a bar in my night outfit, in bed in my lingerie, at a gym doing hip thrusts, on the boat in my element or on the beach oiling up. As long as I have confidence, I feel like it exudes from the inside-out and I feel in control, powerful and ultimately my sexiest.
Cassie: I feel most sexy in summer when I have a golden tan and I’m dressed up and ready for a night out.

What is your best asset?
Cassie: Physically, it would be my smile. I had braces when I was younger and I can honestly say they were the best investment for both my confidence and appearance.
Chloe: I would say my best physical asset is also my smile however, others may say it’s my butt – haha! Otherwise, it’s my confidence – be it in a foreign setting and talking to strangers, in bed, in the gym not caring who is watching, wherever it may be. I’d also say my ability to forgive and move forward with positivity.

What would people be most surprised to know about you?
Chloe: I’m only five-foot tall! A lot of people see my photos and expect me to be taller.
Cassie: Most people are surprised to learn that I’ve never had a boyfriend. It’s always been something I’ve desired but not needed as I am quite independent. Unfortunately, I just haven’t found someone.

What do you look for in a man?
Cassie: Ultimately, I just want someone who chooses me every day over anyone else and makes that clear.
Chloe: I look for someone who knows their worth – a hard worker who loves his family, especially his mum, and who never bad talks their ex. I feel it speaks volumes about a man.

Describe your ideal date.
Chloe: Something that takes me out of my comfort zone but shows me their comfort zone. Maybe he takes me on day date out on the boat or does something spontaneous. This way you see them in a different light and the pressure of creating conversation is off your shoulders a little.
Cassie: My ideal date is an activity I can do with a guy, like mini golf. I love a bit competition and banter. However, anything where I can see the guy has made an effort to make it enjoyable, and I can see that thought has gone into it, is perfect.

What can we get you at the bar?
Chloe: I can get my own drink, but my choice would be a vodka with lemon lime bitters because a porn star martini is too expensive and I don’t want to feel like I owe you something — haha! Cassie: Red bull vodka or tequila shots, please!

What have you ladies learnt about men over the years?
Cassie: This is a good question! I think I’ve learnt that a man’s effort towards you really is how they feel about you. No excuses.
Chloe: Men love confidence, not too much, but enough that a woman knows her worth and enough that she can walk into a room full of strangers and own the room through saying hello to five random strangers. Not arrogance, but confidence. They know that women will keep them on their toes!

What’s next for you girls?
Chloe: We have an e-book and activewear label, Leo Active, launching — it’s a clothing line that is very in line with everything we embody and I have another business in the making, to do with fitness. I’m also finishing building and designing my custom home and living my life how I want to and not how others expect. Next year is HUGE.
Cassie: I have a few exciting things I’ve been looking into but most of all I honestly never know what opportunities might arise, which is the most exciting part. ■
