Time to get to know more about this saucy CEO as she scores her first MAXIM cover…

Tell us a bit about your shoot
The shoot took place in the desert right outside of Las Vegas. A landscape of sand, flat, sunlight, cracked land, crumbling rocks, vibrant desert blooms with sounds whistling winds throughout a perfect blue sky. We shot on a lovely winter day. The idea was a strong warrior princess. At least that’s how I imagined myself.

Are there any other funny anecdotes you can share about this shoot?
Yes, although the pics look hot and sexy in the middle of the desert, what you don’t know is that it was freezing cold outside. Try being half naked in cold weather. It was quite an adventure.

Have you ever been to New Zealand?
Not yet!

Then where would you like to visit?
Everywhere in New Zealand, of course. It’s all on my list.

When do you feel sexy and why?
I mostly feel sexy at night when I go to bed. I love wearing lingerie and feel I come alive at night time.

What is your best asset? Physically and otherwise.
I would have to say my smile. I’ve been told it lights up a room when I walk in. Additionally, If we want to get more physical then I would have to say my hips. Like Shakira says “my hips don’t lie” if you know what I mean.

Give us a little more background about yourself and your life story so far.
I’m a Miami native with Costa Rican descent. I’ve spent most of my life working in real estate although I have ventured off into other industries. I’m currently the CEO and Founder of a surgery centre and med spa. Additionally I own a real estate company, salon, clothing store and am also the founding member of a foundation called Corazones Unidos which translates to United Hearts. I love giving back to the community and believe helping others is my purpose. I’ve worked since the age of 13. Growing up as an immigrant was a challenge and I can happily say I am living the American dream. Hard work does pay off. I love travelling and experiencing different cultures. I’ve travelled to over 50 countries and have learned a lot of lessons along the way.

What would people be most surprised to know about you?
I’m an excellent chef. Somehow people look at me and assume I can’t cook but I throw down in the kitchen like the best of them.

How would you describe yourself in five words?
Passionate, intelligent, ambitious, positive and sexy.

How long have you been modelling and what would do if you weren’t modelling?
I began my modelling career at 13 years old doing beauty pageants and print work. I shortly retired at 20 years old and focused on my real estate business. Thereafter I thrived as an entrepreneur in various industries. Most recently I decided to go back to modelling mainly to prove to myself I could still do it. So here I am again showing the world what I’m made of.

What have you learned about men over the years?
It’s important to learn that over time you let men be who they are. In order to have great relationships one must not try to change the man and just accept him for who he is.

What’s one thing men should always know about women?
That we’re always right. LOL! Just kidding! Men should know how to always please their woman in the bedroom and not be selfish. A satisfied woman will do almost anything for her man.

What do you look for in a man?
A man that can satisfy me in the bedroom because the rest of the things I need, I can give myself.

Describe your ideal date.
My ideal date is filled with laughter, temptation, seduction, intrigue and pleasure. The setting doesn’t matter. I believe the ideal date is with the ideal person and that can take place anywhere whether it’s a restaurant, park, beach, lounge or movies. Life has taught me that it’s not the place, it’s the company.

What can we get you at the bar?
A Hibiscus Champagne Cocktail. That’s my favourite and not easy to find. If not I’ll just say a glass of sparkling rosé please.

Got a hangover cure?
Of course. I make the best Micheladas in the morning. A combination of any beer I can find mixed with Clamato Juice, Worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon, salt and pepper. That gets me ready to tackle the day and my hangover.

What’s your best hidden talent?
If I told you it wouldn’t be hidden anymore. I would have to say that my lovers have told me I’m very talented in the bedroom, but unfortunately I cannot give you details so I will say my talent is singing!

Do you have any phobias?
Thank God, no. I’m not afraid of anything.

Who is your girl crush and why?
Angelina Jolie. I love her bad girl alpha attitude. Her elegance, style and grace charms anyone she comes across. She has a beautiful heart and has focused her time and energy being a philanthropist and making the world better. I have so much admiration for her and, let’s be honest, she is one of the hottest women on earth. Total girl crush! Also, Charlize Theron. She is not only gorgeous and talented but also a fighter. She is an immigrant who made her way to the top due to her ambition and drive.

What’s the freakiest/weirdest thing someone has sent you via social media?
OMG! Since I started modelling again I’ve had lots of men calling exposing themselves. What is up with that?

What is your motto in life?
Throw me to the wolves, and I’ll return leading the pack.

What’s next for you? Any exciting projects on the horizon you can share with us?
I’m looking forward to continuing my modelling career. Additionally I have other projects in the works. Currently I’m expanding my surgery centre to other cities and also planning on getting into the restaurant business as well. You can say I’m a serial entrepreneur. So stay tuned. More to come!

Finally, where would you like to be in five years?
I hope I can go back to travelling the world like I was prior to the pandemic because I’m already where I want to be.
