MAXIM 1st Birthday Party

Around 400 revellers strutted (OK, we strutted; most partygoers walked) their way into Sydney’s Marquee nightclub at The Star. That was, of course, after they struck their fiercest poses on the Purple Carpet – shout out to Prince! – and checked out the mean Kawasaki bikes on display near the entrance.
Once inside, there was yet more happy snapping in Polite In Public’s MAXIM cover-themed booths. True, some of the ‘covers’ that border these pages look a little rowdy. To that we say: you should’ve seen the dance floor, boy! There was some serious booty work going on. Anyway, the juice behind the rowdiness came care of Russian Standard Vodka and 28 Black energy drink – when these two stellar bevs combine, the Royal Russian Spice, a sweet, rejuvinating cocktail, is the outcome (see page 58).
Partying can make one tired and hungry, so we give props to Criniti’s for providing the delicious food that kept guests and their tastebuds in good spirits as the night went on.
There wouldn’t have been a party without a venue. So, Marquee, we shall name our first-born in your honour, as promised. But really, cheers for the bangin’ venue and hot tunes.
Finally, and most importantly, huge thanks to all our readers and supporters. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Thanks to Polite in Public who provided the awesome photo booth on the night. Click HERE to see the photos.
