Ingredients:
¬ 60ml Old Forester
¬ 30ml fresh lemon juice
¬ 15ml sugar syrup
¬ 10 x ‘clapped’ mint leaves
Method:
Shake/strain all ingredients over an ice-filled glass
Garnish:
Mint sprig and a lemon wedge
