Cara, who previously used her full name Cara Quici, is no stranger to the music industry. She previously charted on dance radio with ‘Away From You’ Jump Smokers remix, followed by her second release, ‘Fight’ which made it to Top 40 radio nationally. “Fight” a remake of the Beastie Boys’ Fight For Your Right To Party, was the most spun track by an independent artist on Top-40 radio across the Nation for 3 weeks straight. Cara has been quietly working on the launch of her fully licensed cannabis brand, Cara Kush, which inspired her next album, Cara Kush Kronicles, written by Cara about her experiences while developing her brand.
After working consistently on her music with her manager Darwin (Darwin World Media), Cara has written her debut album. Cara Kush Kronicles is being executive produced by Darwin and music industry powerhouse, Wendy Starland. Starland discovered & developed 11-time Grammy, Oscar, and 2-time Golden Globe winning icon Lady Gaga. Wendy Starland developed Lady Gaga’s career during the recording of Lady Gaga’s album The Fame, which received Billboard’s most prestigious ‘Album of the Decade’- having logged 62 of its record- setting 108 total weeks at No. 1 on the Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart this decade.
