You’re looking gorgeous in your debut MAXIM cover shoot, Kristine. Tell us a bit about your shoot – where, when, the idea behind it, etc.…
We did shoot in LA with my team in The Hills. The idea was to create a sexy fashion that looked like a diva.
Are there any other funny anecdotes you can share about this shoot?
I don’t even need anecdotes. We rescheduled the shooting five times for various reasons. I am happy that it happened. LOL.
Have you ever been to New Zealand?
Never.
What are your favourite sports and why?
I like basketball and play golf. All my childhood I played basketball. I learned how to play golf. I love that.
Where in NZ would you like to visit?
I would like to visit Wellington and find the next man of my dreams.
When do you feel sexy, and why?
I am always sexy. It’s my lifestyle.
What is your best asset? Physically and otherwise.
I like my incredible blue eyes.
Give us a little more background about yourself and your life story so far.
As a teenager, I started modelling in Milan during Fashion Week. After that, I started law classes in my country. Then I travelled to NY to the New York University. It was there in NYC that I met interesting people and decided to live in that city. Magazines started requesting me for their main cover. Like Sweden Playboy. I am living in LA now. Here there is fantastic weather, unlike in Europe.
What would people be most surprised to know about you?
That I have a good heart and I love animals.
How would you describe yourself in three words?
Intelligent, good sense of humour, beautiful.
How long have you been modelling, and what would you do if you weren’t modelling?
I started modelling when I was a teenager, and recently I resumed my career approximately two years ago.
What have you learned about men over the years?
They are wild, and it depends on the person; I am attracted to the sophisticated and smart man.
What’s one thing men should always know about women?
That they always must be a gentleman and sensitive to our needs.
What do you look for in a man?
I look in a man with these characteristics: attractive, successful, classy, with a good heart, and a good sense of humour.
Describe your ideal date.
An elegant place with an exciting person to talk.
What can we get you at the bar?
Mojito and Champagne.
Got a hangover cure?
Beer.
What’s your best-hidden talent?
I am knowledgeable in World History; I like to write about the past because we must know the past if we need to create a future.
Do you have any phobias?
Flying and rude men.
Who is your girl crush, and why?
Myself.
What’s the freakiest/weirdest thing someone has sent you via social media?
Offering big money for crazy stuff.
What is your motto in life?
Be happy and do good for people.
What’s next for you? Any exciting projects on the horizon you can share with us?
We have a lot of projects. I hope they all happen.
Finally, where would you like to be in five years?
I think I will be married by then, have a lovely family, and create organisations to help animals and people in need. Kisses, thank you for reading!
