Fourteen days, twelve of our gorgeous models and one epic luxury resort. Yes, this is how MAXIM does the “Cradle of Polynesia”…
Tell us a little bit about yourself.
Although I’m just 21 Years old, I believe I have the wisdom of an elder. I grew up with my two older brothers and one older sister. They had all left by the time I was 16. Until now, I’ve been the sole provider for my mother – unfortunately, my father passed away when I was eight. I’ve been blessed with a job after job from the age of 14 and have not stopped working since. From hospitality to retail careers, I’m incredibly lucky to have had opportunities every year. I’m currently in my second year of a Bachelor of Nursing program, and hope to continue into psychiatry, but I’ve always wanted to be a model and MAXIM has allowed me this opportunity.
What do you do when you’re not posing for MAXIM?
I’m influencing positive mental health. I believe throughout your life, no matter what is happening, you should put forward your purpose.
What is your best asset?
My personality – I think it shines through, allowing me to show who I really am. I think personality shines through photoshoots and the more positive you are the better your results.
When do you feel sexy?
I feel sexy due to my confidence, whether it is certified or not. The way you believe in yourself is the way others will see you.
Describe your ideal man?
In a man I look for respect and humour. If you entail both of these qualities you’ve got it in the bag.
Would you ever date one of your social media followers?
I definitely would date one of my followers. In this day and age social media is the epitome of getting to know each other until you get to know each other in person. We are blessed with the technology of today and should be so grateful for the opportunity.
What’s next for you?
I’m young and have the world at my feet. I hope to continue studying and eventually make an impact on society in the mental health sense. I would really love to continue modelling and acting but whatever God has in place for me I will accept and keep driving myself for better.
