Tell us a little bit about yourself, Karina.
Hey! I started modelling some years ago because I’ve always been very interested in beauty and fashion. I was scouted from a German modelling agency when I was 15 but decided to finish my school education first and try my best in this business a bit later. Nowadays, I work with different modelling agencies around the world and I’m super excited to be a part of this trip with Destination MAXIM Australia!
What’s the best thing about this photo shoot?
The exotic landscape and the really cool vibe between the girls. We were all cheerleaders for each other and I loved to see all of them embracing their bodies.
What is your best asset?
There is nothing better than the combination of brains and boobs and physically, overall, I would say my icy-blue eyes.
When do you feel sexy?
For me, sexiness is about confidence rather than your physical features. I feel really confident after I’ve succeeded in one of my goals and feel like I’m on fire. But I do love wearing matching underwear hidden underneath my clothes, knowing I’m hiding something sexy.
What do you do when you’re not posing for MAXIM?
I study business psychology from abroad and plan on finishing my studies soon, but you will most likely see me at the airport catching a flight to my next journey or walking around in my hometown with my lovely two dogs.
What would people be most surprised to know about you?
I can be a bit nerdy sometimes. I like to read and discuss economics, political topics and investments. Also body positivity is a big thing for me – I think all types of bodies should be appreciated.
How would you describe yourself in five words?
Kind, fun-loving, loyal, happy and ambitious.
What do you look for in a man?
I’m into really kind and lovable guys, the old gentleman type. I appreciate to be treated like a lady and I care a lot about how a man treats others as well. Manners are definitely great, but I also enjoy a man who stays interested in me for a long time and stays motivated to get my attention.
Describe your ideal date.
A classic candlelight dinner with quality food and a real conversation is always a winner.
Would you ever date one of your social media followers?
Never say never!
What’s the weirdest thing someone has sent you via social media?
There is definitely a big interest for my used socks, but I also just got sent this funny pick-up line: “Let’s try something else than small-talk… so, what’s your favourite dinosaur?”
What’s next for you?
I’m planning on going to Asia or Turkey for an on-stay contract this year to live and to model there for some time. To be able to get to know other countries and cultures is one of my biggest pleasures in life.
